Returns & Exchanges
- All full price purchases without any discounts: Refund or Replacement or Credit note only.
- All orders with any discount or Promotions: Replacement or Credit note only.
- Free Shipping above Rs.3000.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return.
- We accept Return’s and Exchanges within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.
- If your order arrived damaged from shipping, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving it by sending an email to [email protected] with a photo of the shipment.
- Products bought on sale will be exchanged for size based on availability of that product in stock. In event that the product is no longer available in stock, we will issue a credit note for the same.
Depending on your order as mentioned above, you can opt for one of the 3 options mentioned below:
- REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE
- CREDIT NOTE
However the approval of return request is subject to the following conditions:
- The returned product must be unused, and it must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- We offer NO Exchange and NO Refunds on made to order / customised products.
- If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.
Steps to Exchange or Rreturn a product
How do I send the product back?
Click on the form HERE and fill in the required fields and submit. You will receive a message on the same screen, informing that your exchange request has been submitted successfully.
- The cost of return shipping to be borne by the purchaser. We do not have a return pick up policy.
- Consider getting a tracking number from your carrier of choice to ensure that your return/exchange reaches us properly. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us.

How do I get a refund?
- Refund is subject to approval from the product inspection team.
- The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the product.
- The amount will reflect in your original payment method or bank account within 3-5 working days.
- WE CANNOT ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE/SEND REPLACEMENT UNTIL AND UNLESS WE RECEIVE THE PARCEL
Credit Note Guidelines:
- The product must be in its original unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached, in order to receive a credit note.
- In the event of a return, the customer will receive an email with a voucher code to be used online.
- The voucher must be used within 3 months / 90 days from the date of issue.
Can a Credit note be refunded into my bank account?
